Petite Goldendoodles

We are proud to introduce petite goldendoodles into our breeding program, don't let the small size of these petite doodle dogs fool you, they are just as smart, loyal and loving as the standard doodles and the minis, Petite goldendoodles are 100% non-shedding and average between 12-20lbs full grown. We do the best we can at estimating the size of a puppy by adding the two weights of the parents and dividing by two but we can not guarantee the size just come close to it.  Please contact Helen with any inquiry.

Hello, Helen,

It's Nick, Emily and Tully from New York City. Tully has been such an amazing addition to our little family. He's the most amazing puppy. So smart (he sits, lays down, waits, shakes, dances and is starting to walk on two legs), so fun (he ALWAYS wants to play) and so loving (he's a good snuggler when he calms down).

Basically, he's the perfect puppy.

Hi Helen,

I just wanted to update you on my little bit of sunshine and say how well she is doing!  She has grown so much since we last saw you and is now about 12 pounds, just the perfect size for us.  She loves to go on walks, play with her toys, and snuggle with us at night.  She's been super friendly with other dogs and people--she's always ready to play--and has been happy to meet anyone and everyone.  She's been through one puppy class and has an AKC Star Puppy certificate.  I'm thinking we're headed to do dog agility training soon since she loves to run and jump and do tricks--she's even created one of her own.  My brother, who can be a bit of a goof, picked up a treat, looked at her, and said "Do something."  Sunny responded by jumping and turning in circles in the air and will now do that for treats even if you don't give her a command!  She's a hoot and has become a full family member--she's even starting to get along well with Grandma.

We should have spay info for you later in the month since we've got her surgery scheduled for the 18th.

Thanks again for my baby dog,
Kelly Tucker

Dear GoldenBelle Kennels:

I spoke with you sometime in November about one of your petite doodles that was "rehomed" to us, a petite doodle pup named Hershey. Rusty was her dad and Lacy her mom. You may remember that you gave me advice on feeding her, as I was concerned that she was underweight, which the vet confirmed, saying that she was just a bit on the thin side. After making 2 big batches of the Satin Balls that you told me about, Hershey found vigorous new interest in eating and responded almost immediately to the affection given to her by our family. Thank-you for all your help, and as we start a new year, I  just wish for you to know how well she is doing now.

As hoped, Hershey has put on a few pounds. In fact, the Satin Balls are now only an occasional treat because if she had her way, Hershey would eat those constantly and would soon become a chubby little doodle. We are in awe at what an intelligent and loving little soul she is. People cannot believe how gentle she is, how quiet and relaxed she is in the house, and how responsive and clever she proves herself to be. My husband is sure that she is reading our thoughts when she stares at us intently with those deep-brown "Hershey's kisses" eyes. We love her more and more each day. She is proving to be a very happy and willing running partner to me - she loves hitting the trails and is really developing her endurance. The only downside to that, of course, is that a regular walk around the block just doesn't cut it on the other days. When we get home, she looks at me as if to say "Is that it? Is that all we're doing?"

On New Year's day, she joined my friends, their dogs and I for a fairly lengthy snowshoe through the bush. She leapt through the powder with such agility and joy, until her legs got so full of ice balls that I had to carry her the last km! Good thing she's not a standard! Speaking of agility, the classes near here do not begin till spring, but I have every intention of letting her experience an activity which I know she'll love.
I wanted you to know that if you ever have any potential puppy owners who would like to speak to an owner of one of your dogs, I would be happy to provide that reference.

Little Hershey's temperament, health and vibrant personality are a credit to your caring and your professionalism as a breeder. In fact, if you ever retire your petite, mini or medium doodles from your breeding program, please let us know, as we would be interested in having another doodle join our family as a companion for Hershey. I think this breed just might be one of the best family companions you could ever ask for. In such a short time, this little blonde petite doodle dog has won our love so many times over with her gentle, sweet disposition as well as her loyalty and spunky charm. I have attached some photos and wonder if any of her littermates were adopted by a family anywhere near the Barrie area?

Yours truly, Hershey's new Mom,
Petite Goldendoodle Hershey
Maple is the perfect addition to our home! She is currently a 4 month old petite goldendoodle and about 7 pounds. She sleeps well in her crate. House training came naturally to Maple. As she is our first puppy, we feel she has made things very easy for us! Maple already knows "sit" and "down" and we are working on "stay" and "come." We are very happy that we found a Petite goldendoodle dog. She is the perfect size for us! Each day she brings us happiness and joy! Thank you! Carrie & Derek R. Milton, On. Maple update below.
Petite Goldendoodle Maple
Maple is now 1 year old!!! She is a wonderful part of our family. She loves to go for walks, play with her toys, and sleep on her comfy doggie bed. When out for a walk Maple greets all of the people and dogs that she sees. She is very social and loves to be played with and cuddled. Maple has made us very happy this past year, and we look forward to many more!

Hi, Helen.  I'm writing to let you know how happy we are with Baxter our petite goldendoodle.  He's 8 weeks old in these photos.  He's so playful and smart, and loves running around outside.  The nieces just go gaga for him.   Thanks again.

Hi Helen,

I just wanted to give you a bit of an update.  Deliah and I have had two sessions with a behaviorist/trainer.  And it has been a huge help - the house training was solved almost immediately - because I was just allowing her to drink too much water at a time.  Now I only put so much in the bowl each time I refill it.  We have the odd accident, but 99% of the time Deliah goes to the door and looks at me when she wants to go out.

He is such a smart petite goldendoodle and a sweetheart and very attached to me - we are currently working on separation - she hates it when I leave her - even just to go around the corner - she follows me everywhere!!  I love having her around and coming home to her after work (thankfully I only work for a max of 4.5 hours a day so she is not left too long).  She gets on well with other dogs, children and adults - basically she loves everyone and wants their attention!

Her colouring has enhanced quite a bit - her ears, back of her legs and the tip of her tail are more apricot, and her body is more cream with a hint of apricot - she is absolutely beautiful and unique!
This Thursday we are going for her next set of vaccinations, and we have her appointment set for just before Thanksgiving (when I have some time off to look after her) for her to get spayed.

Thanks so much,
Devon
Devon & Petite Goldendoodle Deliah
Hi Helen,

I just wanted to let you know that Deliah was spayed just before Thanksgiving.  The whole thing seemed to be more upsetting to me then her (I hate surgery).  I called to see how she was doing (she stayed over night at the Vets after) and they said she was doing great, "right as rain", and then I thought to myself, well would they really tell me if she wasn't.  I picked her up the following day and sure enough she was as energetic as ever as if nothing had happened!  The vet joked that the staff there wanted to keep her longer just because she is such a sweetheart!

Yesterday was her first grooming, and again the groomer said she was perfect for the whole thing, she wasn't even nervous going to the bathroom in her yard (she said some dogs get timid in a new yard).  I've attached some photos of her fluffy hair.
She is fantastic and I just love her to bits!!  Thanks so much for my petite goldendoodle.
I hope your doing well, and staying warm out there!
Devon

P.S. She is just over 7lbs so far.

Hi Helen these are some pictures of our little Romeo the petite goldendoodle from Rusty and Rosie may litter of petites.
Romeo would like you to know he had a good flight home with his grandma from Toronto to Thunder bay. He would like to thank you for bringing him into Toronto safely.
I cant believe what a great dog he is, he absolutely loves everyone from children to adults. He is so happy all the time, sometimes we think he's smiling at us!

When we brought him home I was very surprised he only cried a little bit for the first two nights and then he was fine. He is very easy to train also, we started training him with the pee pee pads and he took to them right away. Its very rare for him to have an accident in the house. He graduated from puppy school so he knows how to sit, lay down, and give high fives......were still working on other commands.
He is now almost 9 months old, at his 6 month surgery they said he weighed 13.5 pounds. we are guessing he weighs about 16-18 pounds right now.

The picture of Romeo with my niece is at 2 months and the others at 4 months. He looooves posing for the camera!

Petite goldendoodle Romeo
Hi Helen here is a picture of our petite doodle Romeo on his first birthday February 28th. He is now fully grown at about 22lbs. This was taken right before he got his hair cut so he looks a lot bigger than he actually is.
He's such a wonderful dog, very affectionate with everyone, he looooves to give kisses!
Hi Helen,

Just thought we should let you know how Maggie is doing.  She is a petite doodle born on July 4th from Lacey and Rusty and she is a complete joy to have with us.  She has got all her shots and is going for her spay next week.

Maggie loves to play fetch. Well.. her version includes her coming back to hide the ball under the sofa , then bark at it until we help her get it out  to toss again. ( yeah we have to fetch too, lol ). Her other favorite things are socks of course .. and occasionally she likes to redecorate our bathroom with toilet paper. She listens  and sits when told to do so, however we are going to get her into classes within the next few weeks. Obviously she is spoiled  and gets lots of attention. She loves to go out on walks whenever she can and is great with everyone and other dogs as well.  Everyone we meet  are amazed how cute she is as she looks like a little teddy bear. Right now  at 5 months she is 6 and 1/2 pounds and the doctor advises she may be around 12 - 15 pounds which is on target for petites. I have included a few pictures for your website. Thank you so much for our little girl petite goldendoodle., We will send you an update again sometime in the future.

Meet Pippin the petite goldendoodle..... He was born in March 2009 and as his proud parents we are pretty much convinced we have the best dog in the world!  He finds his way quickly into the hearts of everyone he meets.  Pippin is extremely friendly and rarely stops wagging his tail!!  When he's not too busy playing, he loves to cuddle.  Pippin is such a quick learner.  He has passed puppy school and can sit, stay, lay down, do high fives and roll over.  Pippin is such a smart little dog, he has even learned to play hide and seek with people and toys!  We are quite convinced that Pippin has many different facial expressions and often gives a sly little grin when he is up to some mischief!  Pippin is just over 9 months old now, and is having a blast experiencing his first bout of snow.  He loves to jump and tunnel through the snow.  Pippin is just over 14 pounds and the perfect size for us!  Most everywhere we bring him, people stop us to talk about our dog and we couldn't be happier.  Thanks so much for our wonderful doodle!

Hi Helen, I just wanted to send you an e-mail to let you know how Harlee is doing! We got her from you back in July (09). She is an F1b petite goldendoodle and is almost 8 months now and she is weighing in at about 20 lbs. She is the sweetest thing and we love her to death. She doesn't bother my allergies at all which is wonderful and has a mind of her own and loves to play. I have never had such an intelligent dog she is so smart. I don't have any recent pictures of her but I attached a couple that are 2 months old. We just want to thank you again for such a wonderful dog and we hope all is well :)

Hi Helen

Just a brief email to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Amber is amazing. Very smart, loving and well behaved. She is a bit spoiled, however, but she brings joy to us on a daily basis. Everyone one loves her and she loves everyone. Our 31 year old son is smitten with her and she with him.
She loves the snow and is enjoying our family as much as we enjoy her.
I was delighted to see Amber doodles picture in your send out cards section. I visit the site often to see the new litters and pups. Wishing you continued success with your breeding program and health and happiness in 2011.
(I have attached a picture so you can see how she is doing).

Hi Helen,

Ju
st wanted to let you how Marley our petite goldendoodle is doing. I hardly know how to put into words just how great she is.  We get stopped everywhere we go by people commenting on how beautiful she is. Marley has a great temperament, she is wonderful with kids and loves everyone she meets. At 8mos old, she is spayed and weighs 12lbs.  She loves the outdoors and is very well behaved.  Marley looks like she has a smile on her face all the time! We love her to death, and can't imagine our life without her.
Thanks for such a beautiful dog, you have brought so much happiness to our home!

We cannot say enough about Goldenbelle, we were interested a petite doodle pup. I started making phone calls to Helen (the owner) towards the end of 2010, and was informed that there was a litter expected @ Christmas. After the pups were born, I was notified by Helen that she had a live cam set up to view Mum and pups. It was very interesting to watch. Mum nursing, cleaning and caring for the pups. And as the weeks went on, we were always finding ourselves, watching the smallest one of the litter, we called her "Little Girl". After many phone calls to Helen, sometimes having to leave a message, but she always got back to us in a timely fashion. And of course answered ALL of the questions we had with regards to her. How big would she get, how many pounds would she roughly weigh, how would she get along with our other Goldendoodles we have, and what food did she recommend for her, which is a brand called TLC made in Canada. Now all of our dogs on the food and it is working out well.
The establishment we visited to see"Little Girl" was very clean, the pups were in a safe area ready to be viewed, and the family was very caring towards ALL of thier dogs, and that showed a lot. The dogs were NOT just there for breeding purposes, but as family pets, who are loved more than words can say.
We made a decision to add another dog to our family, so we picked up Emma in February of this year, and she is such a quiet, passive, easy going little girl. Everywhere she goes with us, we are always stopped, and asked about her and where is she from. And of course, without hesitation we start talking about Goldenbelle Kennels and how we have the highest respect for them and the way things are done, and how the dogs and pups are cared for.
If you are looking to purchase a Goldendoodle, please go onto to thier website and see for yourself. You will not regret it, not for one moment.
Sincerely,
Julia T and family

In the this picture is what brings my family true happiness and joy.

The three the larger Goldendoodles, welcomed "Little" Miss Emma into their home a year ago now.  It was a little of a transition at first, but now everyone is the best of friends.

Emma was born On December 24, 2010 at Goldenbelle Kennels, she is a petite Goldendoodle. (10.5 lbs and she's full grown now))  I cannot explain, without writing a story book, (LOL) of how she has brought soooo much happiness to us.  Her temperament is absolutely wonderful.  She has never chewed anything, had an accident where she shouldn't have and always listens to her commands!

When I take her out, I seriously cannot get to far with her in my arms and people stopping me, asking me "what kind of dog she is", "oh how she is so well behaved", and the best one "could we buy her from you".....  I would not trade her in for thousands of dollars, she is just a precious little girl.  And I do believe that comes from the expertise of Helen, who she picks as parents to breed together and the all around love that is provided to them from birth until they leave her home:)

So that in a nutshell is why I highly recommend Goldenbelle Kennels to anyone looking for that great life long friend:)

Hi Helen,

Just thought I'd update you on our puppy's progress. We adopted her from you in mid August (2010), she is a daughter of Rusty and Fergie. My son named her June because she was born in June and so was he.

June (or Junie or June-Bug, or the Bug) as she gets called is now 8 months old and doing great! She just fit right in with our family and our neighbourhood...there are many dog owners here, and she is very popular! June is friendly and loving, very playful...she loves to wrestle and play rough with my son, but she is never aggressive. I never have to worry for a second about her around children and that's very important to me. We live near a leash-free park and June gets there just about every day..she loves to play with the other dogs and I've had lots of people come up to me saying how cute she is, and asking questions about her breed...they love how friendly she is. Some of them are looking for a companion for their dog and I've told lots of people about you!

I surf your site every once in a while and I'm tempted to get another goldendoodle..if we do decide on a second dog we'll definitely be back!

Here are just a few pics we have taken of little "Harley"... he sure is getting a ton of love and attention everywhere we go.  No one can believe how much he looks like a little stuffed animal, and I have lots of friends volunteering to dog sit!

Thanks again,
